Retros Against Humanity
The commonest way a remote retro fails is the round-robin: everyone reads their list out in turn, the last person has nothing left to say, and the same point gets discussed three times. This fixes it by having everybody answer the same question at the same moment — and by never putting a name on an answer at all.

Read the deck first, or open a room — no account, no sign-up, no email
The room itself needs JavaScript, which appears to be switched off. What the format is and how a round goes are written out without it, and it works just as well with a printed deck and a table of people — which is how Box UK published it in the first place.
